Della Staffa Litr Rosso is a natural red wine made by the Conestabile Della Staffa winery with the Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo varieties in the IGP Umbria, in Italy.

Conestabile Della Staffa is an ancient estate on the outskirts of Montemelino, in the Umbria region. Owned by the family of Danilo Marcuccis wife, this winegrower found an opportunity here to apply his knowledge about natural wines and achieve the purest expression of the place. So, through biodynamic, ecological and minimal intervention methods, he managed to become a leading natural winemaker.

Della Staffa Litr Rosso comes from a vineyard lying 250-300 metres above sea level with clay soils and limestone rock. These are ancient vines growing in a climate influenced by the nearby Lake Trasimeno. They are ecologically cultivated without any chemical products, instead using biodynamic treatments that maintain the natural balance of the terroir.
